Data Protection – Requests for Personal Information (Subject Access Request):
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, if you are a customer of Money Gap Group Limited, you have the right to
make a request in writing for a copy of information or data we may hold on you. This is known as a
‘Subject Access Request’.
How do I make a Subject Access Request?
If you wish to make a Subject Access Request, you must do so in writing. This can be done by
sending a letter, stating the nature of your request, to:

Will you require information from me?
As you will understand, we must be very careful to ensure we are dealing with the correct individual
when complying with a Subject Access Request and we may ask you to verify your identity by
providing us with certain information to enable us confirm your identity against our records.
Will you charge a Fee?
Yes, we charge a fee of £10 GBP to cover the administrative costs associated with any Subject Access
Request. As soon as the administration fee is paid and we verify your identity, we can proceed with
your Subject Access Request.
How long will the process take?
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, we have 40 calendar days from the date we receive the
administrative fee and all relevant information to comply with your Subject Access Request.
