We're a well-established and reputable business that cares about our customers. We aim to make sure that our customers have an easy journey when they use our services and we always want to make sure they are well informed about the choices they have as well as being aware of any possible risks involved with committing to a short-term high-interest loan.

MGG started as a family-owned business in 2008. The owners (a husband and wife team supreme) handpicked the staff as the company grew and grew, ensuring that they had the best people with the right attitudes to make the company what it is today. We pride ourselves on having an amazing, diverse and close-knit team, where we all work together and contribute to the design and content of our online marketing and TV campaigns as well as our customer communication.
And what do we do?
Since 2008, we have been helping customers to find short-term finance solutions, working closely with some of the best-known lenders in the industry. Our first brand was called Payday Bank (which is why, until 2013, we were called PDB UK), but our best known brands are Flex Credit, Kwik Cash and Cash Lady.
As our company has grown and the finance products we market have diversified, so have we. This is why we changed our name from PDB UK to Money Gap Group. We believe the new name better reflects what we do now and also our exciting new plans for the future.
We're authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority
What does this mean? Well, it means that everything we do has to be compliant with the regulations set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The FCA regulates the financial services industry to ensure companies within the industry stick to the regulatory rules and consumers don't fall victim to scams or get tied in to any unfair contracts. If we don't follow these regulations or we use corrupt or unethical methods, we will be held accountable and the FCA will take action against us.
In an industry that has had a lot of bad press and some "dodgy" firms with hidden fees, we have always recognised the key to our success would be in how we treat our customers. We treat you how we would want to be treated ourselves. Unlike a lot of loan brokers, we are proud to say that we have never charged our customers for using our services.
